Business Plan & Valuation
Developing the “winning” business plan, considering capabilities and both partners aspirations, with an Actuarial Valuation of the business
Bid Process Management
Assisting the client team in managing the internal and external processes related to the RFP bid, and discussions with prospective partner
Some of the key outputs from the engagement included: A due diligence report, business plan, actuarial valuation of projected business, bid bands and recommendations to the Board of the company, review of the legal documentation / distribution agreement, and preparation of the bid document.
