Our client, a leading life insurance company in Philippines, was selected as the Preferred Bancassurance Partner by a leading Bank through a competitive RFP process, and needed assistance in the final commercial negotiations and preparation for launch of the Bancassurance partnership.

Solution Design
Business Model

Assist the Client team in developing the business model in discussion with Partner, including ideal sales model, product mix and design


Assist the Client team in commercial and legal negotiation of the Distribution Agreement, Governance Structure and Charters

Sales & Financial Plan

Finalise the Sales and Financial Plan, including KRA’s, and Capability / IT Roadmap over the period to deliver the plan


Assist the Client team in identifying required capabilities – people, training, process, technology and developing custom plans

Key Outcomes

Delivered a holistic framework for launch of the Bancassurance partnership to the client covering the Business & Financial Plan, Sales Model, Recruitment & Training, Product Development and Customised processes for Bancassurance. Technology and Operational capability assessment and roadmap and agreed SLAs with Partner.
