Sandeep Nair is a seasoned executive search professional who has made significant contributions to organizations across the spectrum, including private equity and Big 4 consulting firms, VC-funded and PE-funded growth-stage start-ups, EPC, and manufacturing companies.

Previously, Sandeep played a pivotal role as a Partner at a boutique executive search firm, where he strategically built and managed clientele for Sapphire Human Solutions (SHS) across North India and various sectors. His responsibilities also encompassed providing crucial leadership, guidance, and training to the execution team members during the search process.

Before joining Magi, Sandeep established his own executive search and recruitment venture, where his astute leadership led the company to remarkable milestones. Under his direction, the firm expanded from its inception to a robust team of 70 members, providing recruitment solutions for over 50 companies.

Sandeep’s vast experience and successful track record in executive search make him a valuable addition to the Magi team. His strategic insights and leadership will play a key role in further strengthening Magi’s position as a premier executive search and talent acquisition partner.
